深圳广播电影电视集团简介

  深圳广播电影电视集团（SZMG）于2004年6月28日正式挂牌成立，是由原深圳电视台、深圳广播电台、深圳电影制片厂、深圳市广播电视传输中心等单位整合而成。作为植根深圳的主流媒体，集团始终秉持“国际视野、特区声音、中华情怀、创新卓越”的发展理念，积极推进改革创新，形成了较强的传播力、影响力和竞争力，综合实力位居全国广电行业前列。  

  截至目前，集团拥有10个电视频道、4套广播频率和20余家产业经营企业，业务范围涵盖广告、网络、影视内容、新媒体、文化投资和服务等多个领域，总资产近100亿元，年总收入超过40亿元。其中，深圳卫视自2004年5月28日上星以来，呈现快速发展势头，目前已稳居全国省级卫视前八，实现全国覆盖人口已超过9亿。天威视讯（股票代码002238）于2008年成功上市，现有有线数字电视用户近211.61万，交互电视用户102.32万。城市联合网络电视台（CUTV）于2010年正式成立，被国家新闻出版广电总局明确为“代表全国城市电视台开展网络电视台等新媒体业务的唯一主体”。

About Shenzhen Media Group

  Shenzhen Media Group (SZMG) was officially established on June 28, 2004, integrating companies including Shenzhen Television, Shenzhen Radio, Shenzhen Film Studio and Shenzhen Broadcast Transmission Center. As mainstream media based in Shenzhen, SZMG upheld “ Global Vision, Shenzhen Voice, Chinese Spirit, Innovation and Excellence” as development concept, actively pushed forward reform through innovation, strengthened its communication capacity, influence and competitiveness, as a result to which SZMG holds a leading position in terms of comprehensive strength in media industry nationwide.

  To date, the group has 10 television channels, 4 broadcast frequencies, and over 20 companies, covering business from advertising, cable and  broadband service, film and television, new media, culture investment and service, with total assets nearly RMB 10 billion, annual income more than RMB 4 billion. Nationwide, since upgraded to satellite television on May 28, 2004, Shenzhen TV enjoys fast growing momentum, remains top eight on ratings list and now covers exceeding 900 million audiences. Shenzhen Topway Video Communication Co., Ltd.,(stock code: 002238) successfully listed in 2008, and has taken the lead in upgrading to digital cable TV, with 2 million 116 thousand and 100 of digital cable TV subscribers, and 1 million 23 thousand and 200 of interactive digital TV subscribers. China United Television(CUTV) was founded in 2010. It is defined by SARFT as “the only player in representing China’s city television and broadcast media to run Internet television and other new media business alike.”
